The Panthers need to find a big centerman that can maintain puck possession and make space for guys like Kris Versteeg and Fleischmann. Flash is so incredibly dangerous with some open space to work with and right now the opposition keys on him because he's generally the only real threat to score on whatever line he's on.

The Panthers spent almost 10 hours stuck in the Winnipeg airport's international terminal on Friday as their charter jet was grounded.
A replacement couldn't be found locally – or closely – so the team had to wait it out as a replacement was sent empty from South Florida.
The Panthers, who left their hotel around 8 a.m. CST, didn't arrive in Fort Lauderdale until after 11 p.m. EST.

Wolski flew from New York to Raleigh after going through a bag skate and heavy workout on Saturday morning. He arrived at the arena around 5:15 p.m.
Instead of his usual No. 86 – denoting his birth year – Wolski took No. 8 (“It's a number I always wanted,'' he said) and was on ice for warmups.
“It was a little tough to jump right in,'' said Wolski, who played in his first NHL game since Jan. 15. “It was a crazy day but it worked out.''
Wolski is tied for 11th all-time in shootout goals with 22 – something the Panthers desperately need. Wolski didn't score on Florida's second shootout attempt on Saturday.
