Lol, alighanem valami ilyesmi zajlott a mítingen :fogatlan: :neveto: :idiota:
[The scene is the Sharks in the locker room after over an hour
together. Players are obviously spent, and many are sitting quietly,
bent over]
Todd McLellan: And how does that make you feel Christian?
Christian Ehrhoff:
TM: I know he's a star, but we can all talk to each other on this
team, OK?
CE: He never passes to me any more!
TM: Now, Christian, we don't use words like "never", remember? How
does it make you feel? Look at him and say it to him.
CM: I feel like you're ignoring me.
TM: Good. Joe, what's your response to that?
Joe Thornton: I passed to him all the time until he starting missing
the net again!
TM: No one needs to shout here. Joe, why is it important to you for
players to convert your passes into shots on net?
JT: So we can win?
TM: But why, personally, to you, does it matter? I think you know why.
JT:
TM: Don't hold back. We've come a long way in this meeting.
[pause]
JT: I don't know, there's just so much pressure...I feel like I have
to produce, produce, produce every game...I just get...so tired...
TM: Expectations are heavy burdens. Would you like to unburden
yourself a little more, Joe?
JT: It's just that in Boston... [chokes up]
TM: I know.
JT: ...they said I'd never...
[silence for a few seconds. Patrick Marleau comes over and hugs Joe]
JT: [crying] You're a swell captain Patty!
PM: We all love you, Big Guy. You know that.
TM: It's been tough here, I think we've all had enough. Let's finish
up. Christian and Joe, like everyone else did, I want you look each
other in the eye and say, "You're my teammate, I care about you."
JT, CE: You're my teammate, I care about you.
TM: I'm proud of each and every one of you. Now let's all get our
stuff and hit the links with good old JR. |
